Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using isseys.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BRO SKRILL COMMUNITY.COM (trading as Isseys Capital), a sole proprietorship registered in the Maldives.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the Maldives or a jurisdiction where our services are permitted
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from receiving financial services under applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Our Services

Isseys Capital provides:

• Trading Platform Access: Access to live market data, charting tools, and trading interface
• Introducing Broker (IB) Services: Referral services connecting clients to regulated brokers (OANDA, Exness)
• Deposit & Withdrawal Processing: Facilitation of fund transfers via local Maldivian bank transfers and digital payment methods
• Market Education: Educational resources and market analysis for Maldivian retail traders
• Account Management: Personal trading dashboard and transaction history

We act as an Introducing Broker. Actual trade execution is performed by our broker partners. We do not hold client funds directly for trading purposes.

4. Account Registration

You must register an account to access most features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at support@isseys.com
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.

5. KYC / Identity Verification

We are required to verify your identity before processing deposits or withdrawals. You agree to provide:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (Maldivian National ID or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Any additional documents we may reasonably request

Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions or closure.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to:

• Successful KYC verification
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Platform
• Processing times of 1–3 business days for bank transfers
• Our anti-money laundering (AML) checks

Funds must originate from accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to:

• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Provide false or misleading information
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate market prices
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the Platform
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Platform's code or design
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Violate any applicable Maldivian or international law

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

8. Trading Risk Disclaimer

All trading involves risk. Isseys Capital does not guarantee profits or protect against losses. Specifically:

• Forex, gold, oil, and cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile
• Leverage amplifies both profits and losses
• Past market performance does not predict future results
• Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third parties and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate

Any market analysis, signals, or educational content we provide is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the design, logo, code, text, and graphics — is the property of Isseys Capital / BRO SKRILL COMMUNITY.COM. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Maldivian law, Isseys Capital shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses incurred on our Platform or through our broker partners
• Platform downtime, data errors, or technical failures beyond our control
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
• Actions or omissions of third-party brokers or payment providers

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@isseys.com. Upon termination, any pending withdrawals will be processed within 5–10 business days subject to verification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
